How to Fund My Wallet

You can fund your wallet in three (3) different ways;
  1. Gems Mobile Internal Funding
    • Wallet-to-Wallet Funding
      • This is when you request another Gems Mobile Money member to fund your wallet from his wallet balance. With this funding style, account top up is instant.
  2. External Funding
    • Payment via Banking hall
      • This is when you make a deposit via the banking hall into any of our bank accounts. With this funding style, account top up may take up to few minutes (depending on timeliness of payment notification receipt)

      NOTE: Payment should be made with your username or phone number as sender and SMS SHOULD BE SENT TO (08067496773) in the format [your_username] PAID [AMOUNT] [BANK USED] [DAY OF PAYMENT] FUND WALLET.

    • Payment via Internet transfers
      • This is when you make an internet transfer using any known internet banking App or available options provided on our platform.

How to Buy Airtime

You can buy Airtime in TWO (2) different ways;

  1. HOW TO BUY AIRTIME [VTU]
    • BUY ONLINE
      • Buy Airtime [VTU] online when you're logged in to the system. Visit the Transaction page to buy now.
    • BUY ONLINE [VIA WHATSAPP]
      • Buy Airtime [VTU] via WhatsApp when you have poor internet service or when you don't fele like logging in to the system. Order via WhatsApp now.
    • BUY ONLINE [VIA TELEGRAM]
      • Buy Airtime [VTU] via Telegram when you have poor internet service or when you don't fee like logging in to the system. Order via Telegram now.
    • BUY OFFLINE
